Job Title: Contract DevOps Engineer – Snowflake / CI-CD
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site)

Overview:
Global commodities firm undergoing a major data platform transformation (on-prem to Snowflake) seeks a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure for Snowflake and cloud-native data services. You'll work closely with data engineers, architects, and platform SMEs to accelerate delivery.
Responsibilities:
Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines (Snowflake + AWS)
Automate infra with Terraform
Implement code promotion, environment management, and security controls
Support dbt model deployment and orchestration
Contribute to scalable, governed AI/ML-ready data environments
Tech Stack:
GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins | Terraform | AWS | Snowflake | dbt | Airflow | Python / Bash | Docker / Kubernetes (nice to have)
Requirements:
Proven DevOps/Platform Engineer in data-centric settings
CI/CD & IaC (Terraform) expertise
Snowflake pipeline deployment experience
Strong automation mindset, hybrid infra exposure
AI/ML platform experience is a plus
Other Info:
3 days/week onsite (no exceptions)
Inside IR35 via umbrella
2-stage interview process
Long-term project (12–18 month roadmap)
