Responsibilities;
Operate within a secure, enterprise-driven environment, focusing on access management, smart card automation, and security solutions.
Define and govern the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT governance.
Architect and oversee cloud platforms such as AWS (including EKS and EC2) and Kubernetes.
Establish Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks for secure enterprise system integration.
Lead the evolution of architectural frameworks to enhance scalability, resilience, and efficiency.
Develop cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud architectures to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
Set enterprise-wide guidelines and standards for software development, cloud adoption, and security architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT infrastructure, security, and business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and assessing their impact on enterprise architecture.
Develop and enforce best practices for IAM to enhance enterprise security and compliance.
Design secure authentication and access control mechanisms for critical business applications.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in enterprise, solution, or cloud architecture, specializing in scalable, high-performance systems.
Proficiency in Java & Spring Boot (experience with Spring Cloud Data Flow is a plus).
Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
Knowledge of security solutions such as smart card management and badge reader automation.
Familiarity with MongoDB, relational databases, and API integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
Methodologies and Frameworks:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and ArchiMate is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities, especially with C-level executives and IT leadership.
Ability to drive standardization, automation, and system optimization in complex environments.
Specific Expertise (Mandatory)
Expertise in enterprise-wide architecture frameworks and best practices.
Leadership experience in IT governance, security architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.
Strategic skills for aligning IT infrastructure with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
