________________________________________What you’ll doIn this role, you’ll lead, manage, and develop the teams responsible for Office Management, Mail & Post Room, Records, Switchboard, Customer Service, Reception, and the Client Suite across the firm:

Be a part of the Facilities and Business Services team whose objective is to support our people and culture strategies by fostering a consistent, well-managed workplace environment, contributing to employee engagement and retention.
Ensure all services are delivered to a consistently high standard in line with firm policies, client expectations, and health and safety requirements (i.e. food safety, event management).
Manage and promote health, safety, and security standards within the region, to ensure employees are provided with a safe and secure work environment and client data is always protected.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline services, reduce cost, and enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and records management policies.
Manage and promote health, safety, and security standards, and work with the wider business to plan and coordinate future refurbishments and staff relocation.
Oversee rotas, resource planning, and staff deployment to ensure coverage and operational effectiveness across all areas.
Develop/monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage budgets and supplier relationships relevant to business services functions.
Support user engagement, training, and adoption of new processes or environments, particularly when layouts, workflows or service points have changed.
Act as a critical link between operations, fee-earning practice areas, and support functions, ensuring that services evolve with the changing needs of the firm.

Sound knowledge of health & safety, GDPR, and operational best practices.
Budget management and supplier contract experience (desirable).
