It is a great time to join us, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and delivery-focused Full Stack AI Engineer to play a key role in shaping and implementing AI-driven solutions for our customers. We are a remote-first company with a modern, AWS based, tech stack.

You will collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—driving projects from ideation and design to implementation and production deployment.

What you'll be doing:
Be a product-driven innovator: work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, domain experts, customer-facing teams) to define AI-powered products that truly delight customers.
Be an end-to-end engineer: design, build, test, and deploy high-quality solutions, ensuring seamless integration from backend to frontend in production environments.
Be a scientist: experiment with Generative AI solutions, evaluate the outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and iterate to continuously improve the results.

About you:

Must have:
Experience building commercial solutions with LLMs and a deep understanding of Gen AI technology.
Extensive experience with Python and React.
Strong academic background. Preferred fields include but are not limited to Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering.
Strong foundation in Machine Learning basics (training, evaluation, statistics).
Practical experience in modern software engineering techniques and best practices.

Nice to have:
Commercial experience with AWS cloud services.
Experience with cloud monitoring tools like Datadog.

Bonus Points:
Proven track record of working with SaaS products or solutions.
Experience in integrating with or contributing to design system patterns.
Experience in the trading/fintech industry.
Prior work on real-time systems such as WebSockets, stock tickers, or videogames.
