What we’re looking for:
A seasoned IT Support professional (3rd Line) with the ability to solve and manage network and infrastructure issues
Ability to solve complex escalations / major incidents
A generalist of IT, someone who is happy working all levels of support (1st to 3rd Line)
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as part of the role
Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members, leading by example
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
A passion for technology and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Previous experience working within the gaming industry would be highly desired!
