Job Description

As a Senior Security Engineer on our Blue Team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets and ensuring the integrity of our tech-enabled music group. This position requires a unique blend of expertise in defensive security operations and a proactive, hacker-like mindset to anticipate and mitigate threats.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance our Active Defenses, using advanced tools and methodologies to monitor, analyze, and respond to potential security threats.
Lead proactive threat hunting initiatives to identify and address threats.
Respond to security incidents, minimizing impact and coordinating recovery efforts.
Participate in purple team exercises to bridge the gap between offensive and defensive security strategies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our security practices and policies, ensuring they align with industry standards and our company’s agile methodology.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cybersecurity, particularly within blue team or a SoC.
Strong understanding of networks and systems, endpoint protection, SIEM solutions, and Threat Intelligence.
Experience in incident response and handling, with a keen ability to analyze and interpret security logs and alerts.
A creative and analytical thinker with a ‘hacker mindset’ who is curious enough exploring the red team domain.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, agile environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., GIEC, OSCP/E etc.) are highly desirable.
