The Role
We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer who is passionate about solving complex problems. You’ll need experience in PHP (Laravel) and MySQL, along with ReactJS for front-end integration. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in taking initiative to drive projects forward while identifying and addressing issues before they become challenges.
You’ll join a dynamic team focused on continuous improvement of our platform. Depending on your experience, you may lead development or work collaboratively on developing new features, optimising system performance, and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Back-end Development: Build and maintain features using PHP (Laravel) and manage data with MySQL.
Front-end Integration: Collaborate with developers to integrate systems using ReactJS.
Problem Solving & Innovation: Take a proactive approach to identifying problems and providing solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
System Optimisation: Continuously improve and scale our platform to meet the evolving needs of childcare providers.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other developers in an agile environment to deliver high-quality features.
Infrastructure Management: For those taking on a leadership role, manage infrastructure via Forge and AWS servers.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with PHP (Laravel) and MySQL.
Familiarity with ReactJS for front-end integration.
Experience with Next.js, API integrations, DevOps, AWS servers, and Forge.
A proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
Passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute ideas to improve the system.
Mid-level experience preferred, but we are open to candidates at various stages of their career.
