Job Description :
Solid experience as Data architect with Informatica, Teradata, Alteryx
Strong experience and understands the technology stack with a particular focus on Databases, SQL, ETL tools etc
15+ years commercial experience in enterprise IT projects in data architecture
10+ years in Financial Institutions working directly with end users
10+ years leading team, but must still have the desire / capability
Demonstratable evidence / track record of building a system that made it into production.
Keen to find someone who has worked with end users directly and built a system / made substantial change and has practical experience of succeeding in an FI / Highly regulated environment
Leadership / Influencing / Management skills with both on-shore & near-shore teams, along with the ability to succeed in a matrix organisation
Senior mindset who can devise and formulate Strategies, yet sufficiently detail oriented to coach and brainstorm with developers
Practical Agile experience -ie achieved outcomes, rather than just followed methodology
Informatica / IDQ , Axon
BCBS Data delivery experience
Work closely with Finance Leadership, Peer Delivery teams, Cross Bank Functions; strive to maintain, improve and drive the Finance Data Quality & Remediation Strategy.
Working closely with your team (5-10 fte) based in Ireland & abroad, facilitate a collaborative environment that enables continuous, predictable, high-quality output
Collaborate with peer functions in the Bank across, in particular the Group Data Office to ensure the Finance DQ&R strategy aligns with the wider group goals.
Oversee, maintain, and drive the underlying plan ensuring optimum level of transparency for stakeholders
