Responsabilities And Functions

Define the necessities, improvements and maintenance strategy of the control and communications systems in the Continental Europe Offshore Hub, to guarantee the highest assets availability, the compliance with the regulatory requirements and the best service quality following the best industry practices and standards.
dentify the business technical risks related to the control systems, SCADA and communications systems condition and propose the necessary actions/plans to mitigate those risks as much as reasonably possible
Implement and supervise the required corrective and preventive maintenance activities to maintain/recover the assets availability/reliability either on his/her own or through contractors.
Assess any technical issue related to the control systems, SCADA and communications systems, carrying out the Root Cause Analysis and proposing/implementing the necessary action to avoid any re-occurrence.
Deploy the necessary actions to comply with any regulatory requirements that may apply
Coordinate the related maintenance activities with the offshore site technical teams to guarantee the right execution timescales and works quality as long as the compliance of the applicable H&S rules.
Extend any lesson learnt and the identified best practices to the others Offshore Hubs.
Define, alongside the new Offshore projects teams and the SCADA, Comms and Cybersecurity Lead, the best technical solutions for the new offshore projects under development and construction to guarantee the best performance and maintainability condition after the Commercial Operation Date starts.
Coordinate the maintenance strategies for the control and comms systems with the other Offshore O&M Hubs (UK and USA) so that uniformed, global and standardized solutions are implemented.
Prepare Scope of Works and Suppliers Technical Evaluations, playing and active role during the procurement processes to make sure that the most technically qualified providers are selected.
Manage efficiently the maintenance contracts which he/she is responsible for, striving to reduce the maintenance costs and contributing to maximize the business EBITDA.
Interact with the Global Technical Services, Offshore site teams, Original Equipment Manufacturers, certification and regulatory bodies as long as it is required.
Manage the personnel under self remit, identify their training needs and put in place the necessary actions to fulfill those gaps

Le service exploite deux outils d’analyse de données : Fuel Service Value Insight (FSVI) : une base de données relative aux activités des services au combustible dans le monde. Services Commercial Opportunities Pipeline Evaluation (SCOPE) : outil de gestion du pipeline commercial. FSVI : L'objectif principal du projet est de structurer et d’exploiter les données générées par le service pour cartographier les activités à l’échelle mondiale, à travers une base de données centralisée et exploitable. Cette base doit servir de socle pour une gestion efficace des interventions, de la qualité, et des équipements. D’un point de vue technique, différents documents de natures diverses (.pdf, excel, .word) sont transformés de manière automatique vers un format de bases de données relationnel (tableau). Ceci est fait à l’aide d’algorithmes, de LLM et d’analyse du langage naturel. À travers ce projet, il s’agit de reprendre et compléter le travail existant sur le projet, et de le mener à un système de gestion data robuste, et d’ouvrir la voie à une intégration plus large et évolutive, notamment vers de nouveaux modules : devis, offres, maintenance, briques technologiques équipements, etc.) et une éventuelle extension internationale (Allemagne, etc.). SCOPE : SCOPE est l’outil de gestion du pipeline commercial du FCFF. Il est utilisé de manière hebdomadaire voire quotidienne pour suivre le processus de développement des offres de leur identification jusqu’à la signature du contrat. Les données des offres proviennent de SAP, et sont chargés automatiquement vers un espace cloud de Framatome. Actuellement, c’est un script VBA qui vient extraire ces données pour les transformer et le charger dans un fichier Excel. Ce fichier Excel est ensuite relié à un dashboard Power BI qui est utilisé pour le travail des commerciaux. En tant qu'alternant(e), vos missions seront essentiellement les suivantes : Fuel Services Value Insight (FSVI): Définir les nouveaux objectifs pour maintenir et augmenter le volume de données traitées. Implémenter la base de données Réaliser la documentation SCOPE : Proposer et implémenter des solutions pour un flux d’information rapide et fiable.
