Job Specifications

UTM Consultants require a HSE Advisor to work on an Onshore Substation project in Norfolk UK until the end of the year.

Tasks include:

Drive and promote a good proactive HSE culture through leading by example, cultural engagement, using data, raising awareness, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned (registration and implementation)
Demonstrate and promote data driven risk management through a proactive reporting culture and high-quality data management.
Support ongoing development, implementation, and use of client systems, procedures, instructions, and associated HSE documentation i.e.:
Instructions, procedures, contingency plans
HSE Management system (way we work) / QHSE process landscape.
Global/local Emergency Response / Crisis Management
Audit/compliance check (ISO 9001/14001/45001/55001)
Planning, facilitation / participation of Safety meetings, Toolbox Talks, briefings, Safety Walks, inspections, HAZID/HAZOP workshops and employer cultural programmes and campaigns
Review of HSE documentation, Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
Monitoring and assessment of internal/external HSE compliance and - performance using Orsted incident reporting tool (Synergi) for reporting, trend analysis etc.
Coordinate and report safety inspections, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and report derived observations, risks, and lessons learnt.
Effective liaison with contractors at management and site levels to establish and improve safety, health and environmental culture.
Participate in audits (internal and external)
Follow up on findings from HSE related audits, inspections, incident investigation and support implementation of NCR’s.

Requirements:

MUST BE BASED WITHIN AN HOUR OF NORWICH
English language skills required.
Minimum 3 years’ work experience with HSE, ideally from onshore renewables/windfarm construction
Knowledge of route cause analysis and incident investigation
Demonstrable experience in dealing with 3rd party contractors in relation to HSE.
Completed NEBOSH; (minimum level 3), or similar recognized HSE qualification.
Knowledge and understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.
In date site safety passport (CCNSG or CSCS)
Current clean UK driver’s license

The Business Area: The Analytical Chemistry Group in the Quality Assurance Department (QAD) performs Quality Control testing and process assurance activities for all production plants on Macclesfield Site plus contract work for Pharmaceutical Development. The Role: Due to expansion of the business, we currently have multiple opportunities for Quality Control Chemistry Technicians to formally clear or reject products from the Quality Control laboratory teams against agreed Quality Standards within agreed customer service lead times. Based in the QAD laboratories, you must have the flexibility to work within any one of the testing or environmental monitoring teams and you must be prepared to work in an aseptic environment and successfully acquire an aseptic license. Responsibilities: Testing formulated products, raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients against registered Quality Specifications you will ensure quality, safety and efficacy prior to delivery to the customer. You will utilise a wide range of analytical techniques to enable testing to proceed. This would include Dissolution, HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), UV-Vis, GLC and Infra-Red analysis. You will ensure that the appropriate quality systems are followed in order for the laboratory to meet its responsibilities with respect to GCLP, GMP and SHE. In order to optimise processes within the laboratory you will be capable of using LEAN tools and techniques. Essential Skills & Experience: Qualified to degree/or equivalent in Chemistry and understanding of a working in a GMP environment Experience in basic analytical and chromatographic techniques Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience in use of electronic notebooks, and data handling systems Experience of working within laboratory Quality Control AstraZeneca is an equal opportunity employer. Key Responsibilities: Package, test and deployment of software, OS, security patches, and updates to a varied Microsoft end-user devices. Maintain configuration documentation and participating in change management processes. Understand and input into desktop engineering standards, processes and best practices. Conduct data analysis and liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to design and implement solutions that mitigate security vulnerabilities, improve compliance efficiency and minimise working hours downtime.
