Senior Software Engineer

You’ll play a central role in high-impact initiatives—designing, coding, and deploying mission-critical services that support real-time, high-value payment systems. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you’ll help architect scalable solutions and lead project delivery from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development initiatives across a range of financial technology projects
Design, build, and maintain Java-based backend systems and Oracle integrations
Contribute to platform modernization efforts including OBPM and Flexcube integrations
Mentor junior engineers and support DevOps processes
Collaborate with global teams to deliver reliable and compliant software solutions
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in software engineering within the financial sector
Strong knowledge of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and urgent/wire payment systems
Hands-on experience with Oracle Banking Payments Module (OBPM) and Flexcube
DevOps mindset with exposure to Jenkins and Agile practices
Experience in microservices architecture, WebLogic, and automation tools a plus
