In this Senior Leadership role, you will oversee the BI, Analytics, and Digital Analytics teams, while acting as a strategic partner to the executive team. You’ll champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and develop advanced data products that fuel growth, optimise operations, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities as Director of Analytics:

Define and deliver a company-wide analytics strategy to support business growth and transformation.
Lead cross-functional data product teams embedded across Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
Deliver advanced analytics initiatives to drive personalisation, forecast performance, and streamline operations.
Oversee analytics platforms and tools, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with Data Governance and Engineering to ensure quality, compliance, and data integrity.
Promote data literacy and ensure actionable insight is accessible across the organisation.
Champion innovation through AI, ML, and predictive analytics.
Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Qualifications and Attributes of a Director of Analytics:

10+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Experience driving enterprise-wide data transformations within global, customer-focused businesses.
Strong technical background across analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
Proven success in working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes through data.
Strategic thinker and ability to shape long-term data visions that align with business goals.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Results-focused mindset and a passion for solving complex business problems.
