DevOps Engineer
Fully Remote (UK)

We're helping a well-known UK retailer scale their platform – and they’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to join their fully remote tech team.
This is a business that’s grown rapidly over the last few years, backed by strong leadership and a customer base in the millions. They’ve invested heavily in engineering and are now building out a world-class platform to handle demand, improve performance, and tighten security.

As a DevOps Engineer here, you'll have the chance to work across a modern stack – AWS, Docker, Azure, Prometheus, Grafana, Linux, and Cloudflare – but more importantly, you’ll be involved in shaping how things are built and deployed across the business.

You’ll work closely with product, development, and security teams to automate infrastructure, improve monitoring and observability, and ensure uptime across a high-traffic, consumer-facing platform. If you’ve got experience working on B2C web infrastructure, even better – but attitude and curiosity go a long way here.

They run a flat structure, with plenty of autonomy and trust in the team. You’ll have input on tooling, processes, and direction. No micromanagement – just smart people solving real problems at scale.

What they’re looking for:
Strong experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
Solid understanding of Linux systems
Bonus points for Cloudflare or web security exposure

You don’t need to tick every single box. If you’re a solid engineer with a DevOps mindset and a passion for improving systems, we’d love to hear from you.
