Encadré(e) par les directeurs vous accompagnerez principalementles sociétés du CAC 40 et les PME les plus dynamiquesdans leurs projets de transformation ;Intelligence Artificielle, RPA, Smart Automation, Data-Science, Architecture IA & Data.
Vous disposerez d’uneforte autonomiepour conduire le changementau cœur des processus métiers.
Vous travaillerez audéveloppement de futures solutionsen partenariat avecles géants du numérique(Google, Microsoft, AWS, IBM…) mais aussiavec des startups.Vous serez pleinement intégré(e) aux activités internes du cabinet.
Ce poste de consultant(e) Managervous permettra dedévelopper vos connaissances des méthodologies, des enjeux et d’appréhender sur le terrain les modalités d’intégration des innovations d'aujourd’huiet de demain… et bien plus.
En tant que manager vous serez amené:
A encadrer des consultant(e)s et des consultant(e)s seniors pour les accompagner et les former au métier du conseil sur mission, comme pour des travaux internes
A imaginer, à développer et à promouvoir des offres innovantes pour nos clients
A contribuer activement aux développement des activités de l’entreprise (marketing, communication…)

Qualifications
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, d’une école de management ou d’un Master en Université
Vous avez un bon relationnel, une bonne communication et avez envie de travailler dans des équipes à dimension humaine
Vous avez une expérience confirmée (au moins 5 ans) en tant que consultant dans les domaines de la data et de l'IA, dans un environnement agile
Vous avez des compétences en IA et IA Générative, en architecture de données et des connaissances en plateformes Data sur au moins deux des environnements Cloud suivants : AWS, Azure, GCP (une expertise technique forte serait un plus)
Solides compétences en Data Management, et Data gouvernance
Vous avez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
Vous avez une expérience dans l’encadrement d’équipes
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
