We're looking for a Data Analyst to join a forward-thinking organization and help bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven decision-making. You'll play a crucial role in shaping reporting solutions, ensuring data quality, and supporting the rollout of key data systems, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Your Role
Partner closely with finance and operations teams to understand business challenges and translate them into smart data requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor in building reports, dashboards, and data models that deliver real value.
Ensure the reliability and accuracy of data across systems through thorough validation and quality checks.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA and SAC.
Provide on-the-spot insights through ad hoc analysis and present findings in a clear, impactful way.
Support the development of robust data models and contribute to shaping data governance standards.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide business strategy.
What You Bring
Demonstrated experience in a data analysis role, with a strong focus on finance and operations.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for patterns, trends, and opportunities.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a passion for delivering accurate, reliable data.
Familiarity with data governance and maintaining high standards for data quality.
Understanding of financial reporting and operational KPIs.
Experience with SQL or similar data querying tools is a strong plus.

In light of these activities, the NATO Digital Workplace Centre (NDWC), within the framework of its mandate, is adapting innovative and secure communications solutions for NATO staff across the Enterprise. In order to improve the service delivered, NDWC is looking for a Business Data Analyst to monitor service performance, and to assist the Management in establishing and preserving clear definition for Service measures and metric. These tasks are all geared toward the realization of NDWC’s 2030 objectives.
