About The Role
The Head of Web Strategy at Typeform will define and lead the strategic vision, optimization, and management of our website to drive business growth.
This role oversees web performance, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and the overall user experience, ensuring our site is a powerful driver of engagement and revenue.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, content expertise, and data-driven decision-making to enhance web performance.
They will be responsible for prioritizing web projects across marketing, aligning them with revenue impact and Typeform’s broader site strategy.
Things you will do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on user experience, organic growth, and conversion optimization.
Lead and mentor a team of SEO and CRO specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
Manage an external agency for website development and oversee contractors for SEO content production and technical audits.
Analyze website performance and implement data-driven improvements, including A/B testing, personalization, and content enhancements to drive engagement and conversions.
Oversee SEO content strategy and growth strategies to ensure high-quality, engaging content that supports business goals and increases organic visibility.
Own web analytics and reporting, regularly presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our web presence remains competitive and innovative.
What You Already Bring To The Table
8-10 years of experience in web strategy, content marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience managing website optimization efforts, including SEO, CRO, and content performance analytics.
Track record of leading and mentoring teams, managing external agencies, and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
Strong understanding of website performance metrics, SEO best practices, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with content strategy and editorial processes to increase organic traffic and engagement.

What You Will Be Responsible For As Alpha Solutions Deal Lead you will: The Vice President (VP) Deal Lead has responsibilities for a prospective client deal from the period of inception e.g. the receipt of a RFP (Request for Proposal), or the start of due diligence through to the completion of contract signing or conversion, they are the ‘Deal lead’ for the deal in entirety – ensuring software and service aligns to client requirements.
