Agitprop is an AI-driven quantitative research firm that continues to push the boundaries of advanced modelling — from algorithmic trading to factor modelling and other cutting-edge applications. About the role

We are developing an AI portfolio management app and are looking for a Full Stack Mobile App Developer specializing in React Native. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our mobile application, working closely with our UI/UX Designer, Product Manager, and backend team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications, as well as contributing to the backend infrastructure that supports them. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a cross-platform mobile application using React Native.
Translate UI/UX designs into functional, high-performance mobile applications.
Integrate with backend APIs and manage application state.
Ensure timely delivery of a high-quality product.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
Expert-level proficiency in React Native.
Proven track record of taking mobile products from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
Experience working in the FinTech industry is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Requirements

Experience building mobile apps from scratch.
FinTech background (preferred).
Senior-level React Native expertise.
Ability to deliver a complete product within 3-4 months.
