Job Title: SAP BI Developer
Service Description:
We are seeking an SAP BI Developer to support our SAP BI product within our product organization. The role will be responsible for addressing all technical-related product inquiries. Working alongside the product owner and key users, the developer will identify and implement optimal solutions to serve customers.
The developer will work on prioritized activities within the product, from requirements management to technical implementation and go-live. Active consultancy in requirement management is required to ensure sustainability and maintainability of technical solutions alongside customer needs.
As part of a product team, the developer will be responsible for the further technical evolution of the BI landscape, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BO for entities in two different countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation: Implement SAP BI requirements for the BI landscape (BW/4HANA, BPC11, SAP BO, SAC).
Documentation: Document developments and hand over development results.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to ensure data quality in the SAP BI environment.
Requirements Analysis: Participate in the creation of requirement specifications, test support, and transport of developments into productive systems.
Modeling: SAP BW and HANA modeling.
Data Extraction: Create and customize data extractions from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
Queries and Workbooks: Create and customize BW queries and SAP BO analysis workbooks.
Dashboards: Create and customize dashboards in SAC.
Authorization Management: Manage, analyze, and define necessary authorizations, coordinating with the authorization team.
Requirements:
Technical Understanding: In-depth technical understanding of ABAP and ODATA.
SAP Analytics Experience: Extensive experience with SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP, Datasphere, S/4HANA (CDS Views), SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office, BPC (consolidation).
Backend and Frontend Knowledge: Good knowledge of both backend and frontend development.
Experience: Extensive experience in ABAP, data extraction, data modeling, administration of BW systems, BW query creation.
Other Requirements:
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills.
Documentation Skills: Good technical documentation skills.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills.
Teamwork: Experience in working with the ticket tool Jira and being a team player.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Dutch/French/German.
