We are seeking a Procurement Manager for our non-digital public sector client based in Manchester or Blackpool on an initial 3-month contract paying up to £600 per day Inside IR35.

Hybrid working: 2 days on-site, increasing to 3 days on-site

Required Skills:
• Proven experience running procurements via CCS frameworks
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive value and strategic outcomes
• Ability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of UK procurement legislation (PCR2015/PA2023)
• Contract and supplier management expertise
• Confident in designing and executing end-to-end procurements
• Understanding of the digital goods and services market

Desirable:
• Background in Digital / ICT / IT procurement
• Familiarity with CCS frameworks such as DOS, TS, DPS, G-Cloud
• MCIPS / CIPS qualified or equivalent
