We need someone who can analyse current communications, converting existing letter layouts to the Report Markup Language (RML) format and working with HTML developers. The role will primarily focus on RML coding and converting existing letter layouts, with approximately 80% of the time dedicated to this activity, versus understanding pre-defined letter layout requirements. What level of RML expertise is required? The role requires strong RML experience to support TalkTalk's migration to Kraken. The majority of TalkTalk emails will have a corresponding printed letter backup, requiring existing letter layouts to be converted to RML. Will there be ongoing maintenance and development of RML templates? Yes, there will be as TalkTalk have just implemented Kraken operating system to improve their customer communications and experience.
