Rate: £350 - £378 per day inside ir35

Summary:
A Scrum Master with a strong technical background and experience of JAVA and APIs. Able to maintain change backlog and work as part of wider BFA team to deliver against Change agenda.

Responsibilities:
Facilitation of all Scrum Ceremonies, including daily scrum calls and backlog prioritisation, feeding into wider Data Platform Prioritisation where appropriate
Providing clear and structured status updates to various Stakeholders and Consumers
Liaising, and working closely, with Project Managers or Product Owners, keeping them updated on progress against milestones, risks, issues, and budget control.
Provide input to the technical development approach of a project, balancing cost, time, quality, and risk.
Assist in the identification, management and resolution of technical Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAIDs).
Key Skills
Certified Scrum Master
5-7 years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
5-7 years in Agile Development Environment
Thorough understanding of full end to end SDLC.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.

Due to repeat business, they now have an opportunity for a Pre-Construction Setting out Engineer to join their Plymouth based Project team. It is also essential that you have experience of Setting out / Site Engineer with experience of using GPS, Robotic Total Station. Other duties may include: Setting out, levelling and surveying a construction site Working with site plans, drawings and building information models Mapping structural boundaries on the ground using pegs and markers Liaising with designers and engineers to ensure plans and drawings are accurate Overseeing quality control Monitoring health and safety Keeping a site diary Resolving technical problems Working in an office and on a construction site.
