Responsible for project managing all site transition activities, timelines and risks for the head office relocation. Your primary goal will be to plan, coordinate and execute a fully scoped and detailed plan of transition and relocation to include all site infrastructure installation as well as production, warehouse, stores and supporting operational staff relocations whilst maintaining business continuity, managing project risk, engaging with stakeholders and external parties and reporting on project progress to ensure the project maintains agreed timelines.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing a detailed transition project plan, including timeline, budget, external contractor requirements and resource allocation.
Project budget management.
Contractor engagement and management.
Creating and managing project schedules and milestones.
Regularly identifying, reporting and managing project risks.
Coordinating with cross-business teams and stakeholders.
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues in a proactive manner.
Implementing corrective actions to keep transition project on track.
Monitoring and managing project budget and resource effectively.
Reporting project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
Managing stakeholder expectations and addressing their concerns.
Facilitating internal and external meetings and ensuring effective communication within the transition project team.
Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts.
Making and communicating informed decisions based on project progress data and analysis.
Adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
