GenAI Engineer – Cyber Security / Operational Resilience Focus
Location: UK Hybrid / Remote | Duration: 8 months initially
We’re seeking a GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to help shape and deliver innovative applications of Generative AI to real-world operational resilience challenges within a large, complex financial services organisation.
Key focus areas include:
Applying LLMs to large-scale document and contract analysis, and automated document review
Supporting the review of critical applications with a GenAI lens, extending to backup, restoration and operational recovery procedures
Rapidly developing proof-of-concept solutions, comparing current practices to best practices and generating actionable recommendations
Advising on GenAI/LLM best practices, training data cycles, model tuning, and practical implementation strategies
Feeding insights into evolving AI frameworks to support enhanced resilience across services
Desirable experience:
Strong background in Generative AI, LLMs and NLP
Demonstrated ability to apply AI to cyber security or operational resilience domains
Experience in document intelligence, AI-driven audit/review tools, or resilience automation
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, exploratory environment
