Our platform combines regulated human lawyers, assisted by the world’s first AI lawyer, for consumer legal work. With a growing customer base and an imminent launch into the US market, we're looking for Senior Front-end Engineers to join our team.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Front-end Engineer to help build our platform, sites and AI products by:

building entire products and features using modern technologies with a highly technical team
resolving technical issues and making critical choices that affect our apps, sites and projects
owning front-end best practices (usability, libraries, component architecture) across our sites and apps
delivering delightful, usable user experiences and being user-focused in decision making
ensuring our products evolve quickly and safely with the best development and testing practices
ensuring your own and the team’s code and product quality is consistently high, and improving
assisting with hiring and technical management

Requirements:

You would be a great fit as a Senior Front-end Engineer if you:

have senior experience with TypeScript, React and open to learning our stack (Python, NextJS, AWS, GCP, Terraform)
have a technical degree from a high-ranking university
have worked in fast-growth startups and/or scaleups
want to help us change the legal system for the better
are motivated and capable of learning and adapting quickly
have built consumer products from the ground up and can solve most UI/UX problems
have an exceptional eye for design, interaction and usability

There will also be growth opportunities for the right candidates. What are we looking for? The successful candidate will have at least 2 year’s experience working on a support or service helpdesk and be familiar with SaaS and remote hardware support. You will be comfortable supporting multiple products and being able to context switch. A customer first approach is a must and is equally as important as technical skills. You should have strong communication, excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to operate at the highest levels while under pressure. A self-starter approach and having a relentless ability to investigate issues to the end will get you far in this role. Strong working knowledge of Windows-based machines is a must. Managing domain equipment using Active Directory and looking after Windows Server components The candidate should have experience with Networking, Installation and configuration of network switches, firewall configuration, switch configuration - VLANs, IP Routing, end user equipment diagnostics. Additionally, past knowledge of USB and Serial connected devices would be advantageous. Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure and AWS would also be advantageous.
