Job Description:

1. Hands on experience in Sales and CPQ, Service Cloud.
2. Hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, Test classes, Lightning Web Components
3 . Understand business requirements and provide work effort and duration estimation
4. Creation of Salesforce design and entity models & Configuration
5. Provide solution design and implement changes
6 . Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements
7 . Perform code review, Production support, Incident management, Service Request, and Enhancements configurations for the salesforce application
9. Technical Support for Salesforce application
11. Status Reporting, Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
14 . Exposure to Agile methodology would be preferred
15. Guidance on Integration and customization, Design Validation, and Drive Solution using Configuration
16. Integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi and Informatica, Proficient in Integration design, patterns, Rest/SOAP API
17. Data migration using tools like Data loader, Import wizard
18. Salesforce Certifications Sales Cloud, CPA, Service Cloud, System and Application Architect certified
