As we continue to grow, we are looking to add another Validation Engineer to our team. As a Validation Engineer, you'll be on the front lines, working on diverse and challenging projects that truly make a difference. Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:
Creating high quality protocols that form the bedrock of our testing deliverables.
Being involved in the exciting process of bringing new equipment online and expertly managing the transition of existing systems.
Qualifying a myriad of different equipment and systems, such as autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens and other temperature-controlled equipment.
Analysing test results with precision, comparing them against rigorous industry standards and client specifications.
Collaborating with and supporting our experienced team and specialists.
Engaging in continuous training and development to expand your experience across the many facets of validation.
Playing a key role in BPV's ongoing projects and contributing to our reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
One years’ experience using a Validator 2000 (V2K) for thermal mapping. Confident calibrating thermocouples and fixing them in place.
Knowledge of quality management such as Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices.
A full UK driving license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Good time management.
The right to work in the UK without future sponsorship.
Clean criminal record.
Clean of illegal drug use.
Due to the sensitive nature of the areas, we work, it is a requirement that all personnel ensure they are clean and hygienic.
Additional Experience:
Performing full validation lifecycle testing on large autoclaves and/or deprogenation ovens/tunnels. Including all IQ/OQ/PQ requirements and the ability to troubleshoot issues which arise during testing. Working to international regulations such as to FDA, UK or European standards.
Creating test protocols and advising on other ancillary documents, such as user requirements specifications.
