Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Operations Technical Account Manager to join our team. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will contribute to client outcomes within the Expert Sierra service offering from Aderant. In this role the TAM will help inform, guide and educate our clients through different phases of their cloud journey with advocacy and team collaboration. The TAM will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and ongoing operation of cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, customer-focused, and have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, operations, and support.
This role requires the ability to understand both the technical and business aspects of cloud operations and effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in technical account management roles, or related roles within a cloud services environment.
Proven experience ensuring technical delivery via client-facing roles.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with stakeholders to develop and implement cloud infrastructure solutions.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Superior communication (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills are required.
Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns including networking, compute, storage, and security components.
Experience communicating and interacting with executive teams as required.
Values attention to detail and understands the importance of precision in quality of work.
Organized, adaptable, and able to tackle the challenges of engaging on multiple customer deliveries simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Ability to come into the office and/or travel to other locations for key meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
Ability to successfully work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion and effectiveness.
Ability to work autonomously, escalating when required to remove roadblocks or hurdles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Familiarity with the legal field, law practice management and/or the Aderant Expert platform a plus.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cloud delivery and operations at key events within implementation and production service use.
Manage and prioritize customer concerns, issues, and requests, driving them to resolution in a timely manner.
Guide clients through cloud solution deployment and integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Participate within a team of engineers providing candor and support for client-facing delivery.
Manage the delivery of cloud services, including periodic health checks, performance reviews, and post-implementation follow-ups.
Educate clients on cloud technologies, tools, and best practices to help them leverage their cloud environments to the fullest.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the client's needs are fully met, including working with sales, engineering, product development, and support teams.
Produce and deliver reports on client engagement to facilitate better understanding of client perspectives.
