Project Description

Scalian is supporting a major industrial transformation project involving advanced automation technologies to optimize logistics flows and part transportation in high-demand production environments. A key component of this program is the deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) to modernize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer with proven experience in AMR system deployment, who can take full ownership of the project lifecycle. This is a fully autonomous role from day one, covering everything from planning and technical coordination to on-site implementation and operational integration.

Your tasks will involve:
Manage the full deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) for internal logistics
Drive the integration of new technologies within existing quality systems
Ensure full compliance with aeronautical standards and regulatory frameworks
Analyze and optimize inspection and quality control methods
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and digital teams to maintain seamless quality across all project phases
Play a key role in continuous improvement and strategic quality initiatives

Your strengths

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role; proven track record in AMR installation for industrial logistics
Strong project management capabilities
Master’s degree in Automation, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics Systems
Fluency in French and English
Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with confidence
