The Data Engineer will follow the Quilter’s Software Development Community of Practice, and Data Centre of Excellence processes to ensure there is an embedded and sustainable Software Development Operating Model for Data Services.

You will collaborate alongside other members of the team and Lead Data Engineer in producing testable, maintainable, and high-quality data solutions and following Quilter’s development practices.

In this role you will also support the migration of existing legacy solutions onto the Quilter strategic data platform and contribute to the adoption of a standard data solution methodology to be implemented across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge in key areas such as Azure Data Services, Spark and Python, Data Pipelines and Devops.
