A global organisation is urgently seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager with a background in InfoSec and regulatory compliance to support a high-priority initiative focused on AI governance within software delivery.
Following the launch of an internal AI controls programme, the business is now managing a backlog of 25+ applications requiring assessment, and this role will be key in driving that process forward.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end AI assessment process using a structured internal questionnaire
Identify whether tools genuinely use “true AI” and escalate confirmed cases to an internal triage group
Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to complete reviews
Ensure security controls and regulatory compliance for AI implementations
Work primarily in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira and Confluence to report findings and track actions
Translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical business stakeholders
What You’ll Need
Strong knowledge of InfoSec/cybersecurity controls
Experience in regulated industries in finance, Insurance or banking
Understanding of core security areas: Cloud Security, IAM, PAM, Internal/External Controls
Basic familiarity with AI concepts and terminology
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
