Job Specifications
THE COMPANY
We scale eCommerce brands from six and seven figures to $10M+ in annual revenue.
We specialize in paid advertising on Meta and TikTok—focusing exclusively on DTC eCommerce brands.
We don’t make boring ads. We make ads that don’t look like ads and actually convert.
You’ll be pushed to be one of the best at what you do. In return, you’ll get great incentives, bonuses, flexible working hours, and the freedom to work in a high-performing team that actually values creativity.
With freedom comes responsibility—you’ll have the opportunity to grow fast, work with elite talent, and take ownership of your work. But we move quickly, expect excellence, and don’t do average.
If you want to become one of the best in your field, apply. If you want an average job, don’t.
THE ROLE
You are a TikTok advertising expert, and you know what works on the platform and how to convert that into profitable ads.
You’re comfortable managing large ad spends (at least $100,000 per month) and have a proven track record of achieving excellent results for eCommerce brands.
You can collaborate effectively with copywriters, creative strategists, graphic designers, and project managers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
You’re data-driven and constantly optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to drive better ROAS.
You know how to set clear ad strategies and guide creative teams on how to meet performance goals.
You’re not afraid to test, iterate, and experiment to find winning ad strategies.
You’re proactive, communicate effectively, and have experience participating in client calls, offering clear and concise updates.
You maintain high standards and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage and optimize TikTok ad campaigns, ensuring they align with brand goals and drive measurable performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (copywriters, graphic designers, project managers) to create, implement, and optimize campaigns.
Handle significant ad budgets and ensure optimal performance through strategic ad buying.
Develop and present strategy documents for media buying, offering direction on creative execution.
Monitor and optimize TikTok campaigns, focusing on engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
Participate in client calls and provide performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Use media buying and tracking tools to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly.
Take ownership of the media buying process, from budget allocation to campaign optimization, ensuring the best ROAS for each client.
Stay on top of trends and platform changes to continuously refine strategies and remain competitive in the TikTok space.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Proven experience managing large TikTok ad budgets (at least $100,000/month) for eCommerce brands.
Ability to create and implement strategies that meet clients' business objectives and drive measurable results.
Proficiency with media buying tools (TikTok Ads Manager, tracking software, etc.) and performance analytics.
Experience in collaborating with creatives (copywriters, designers, etc.) to produce high-performing ad content.
Comfortable with client-facing communication, able to present clear, concise reports and updates.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to pivot and optimize based on performance metrics.
Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize for ROAS.
Experience in delivering weekly/monthly performance reports and utilizing tracking tools to evaluate campaign success.
Extensive case studies or references from previous roles that can speak to your ability to deliver outstanding results in media buying.
About the Company
DL Media is a performance-based agency which specializes purely in Paid Advertising. Throughout the past year, we have worked with over 59 clients and produced an average of 500% ROAS due to our unique success process. We start off with a free audit where we determine if we can work with a client. Since we are performance-based, we only work with clients we are 100% sure we can produce results for. After this, we offer a testing period to show our skill before beginning our longterm partnership. Know more
