As a Senior Software Architect, your role is to design robust technical solutions, provide leadership to the development teams, and ensure software quality and architectural integrity throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design the technical structure of complex software solutions
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to software architecture standards
Guarantee the software meets required quality and performance standards
Implement industry best practices in code and system design
Solve complex technical challenges and propose scalable solutions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and align technical direction with business goals
Respect internal procedures and guidelines throughout the assignment
Profile
Must-have
Minimum 10 years of experience as a software architect in software development
Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead .NET (C#) developer in an Agile/Scrum environment
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with:
Web technologies and protocols: SOAP, REST, WCF, WSDL, XML, XSL, XSD, JSON
Software architecture and design patterns: OOP, IOC, Dependency Injection, TDD, CI/CD
Integration and workflow: Service Bus technology, task/workflow scheduling
Development tools and environments: Hazelcast, IBM MQ, DevArt dotConnect, Artifactory, Azure Artefacts, MSBuild, NuGet, ProGet, SSH, TeamCity, GIT, GitHub
Deployment & runtime environments: WebLogic Server, Docker, OpenShift, Active Directory
Modeling & collaboration: Enterprise Architect, JIRA
Fluent in Dutch or French (C2 level), and professional proficiency in the other language (B2 level)
Proven experience in leadership and team management, including mentoring junior team members
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of RNE TAF TAP TSI Telematics standards
