Our WPP HR team is seeking an People Manager/ HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC to join us. This exciting role provides HR Services to Enterprise Technology (ET), ensuring our employee’s needs are managed and met to the highest possible standard.

Our ET team provides IT services for WPP, the world’s largest communications services group. What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will support specific People activities to provide partnership on all people-related matters, and deliver on key People priorities. This is an opportunity to be involved in supporting our people and key transformation projects spanning the ET function.

Your responsibilities are to:

Respond to everyday people activities and queries, providing advice and support to managers about all people matters
Ensure all advice is provided in line with legislation, policies, and procedures
Build strong relationships with Key HR Stakeholders globally
Utilise analytics to provide insights and recommendations
Contribute to the delivery of specific transformation programmes
Utilise expertise from the Centres of Excellence to create innovative solutions for people management and business decisions
Contribute to the improvement of the People function such as streamlining processes and ensuring alignment to practices within the wider WPP People team
Support the wider People team and Senior People Partners as required

What you'll need:

A broad understanding and experience working across HR disciplines
Experience in delivering projects in an HR environment
Comfortable working with, and interpreting data
Comfortable leading projects, and building relationships with key stakeholders
Able to direct HR queries to the relevant team/individual effectively, seeking support where required
A HR focused individual, committed to sharing information and knowledge
Good understanding of employment legislation and its practical implications
