What you will deal with:
You will have an opportunity to guide our clients in their digital transformation. Consult with customers, understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and make their ideas come reality.
As professional lead you will play key role in proposal preparation and will be responsible for ensuring the effective set-up of the project team.
You will participate in project delivery tasks on part-time basis.
You will lead project delivery from a professional standpoint, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained.
You will ensure the effective risk management and quality assurance across your assigned projects.
You will represent Onespire in conferences and professional events with professional excellence.

What we expect from you:
Strong professional background: advanced knowledge and project experience in several SAP modules at different clients. Deep understanding of different activities in SAP implementation project.
Ability to articulate business challenges and transformation trends.
Experience in Project Management. You either worked as Project manager on SAP implementation projects or were responsible for professional delivery of such projects.
Experience in SAP tenders.
Good reputation on the Belgian SAP market.
Active relationships and networks of both consultants and clients.
Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills.
Client facing skill.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or IT.
Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience.
Fluency in English and Flamand.
Fluency in French is an advantage.
