Job Specifications
Our client is looking for a CTO to join them on a contract basis for 9 months. The desired candidate will come from a background within Financial Services, ideally experience within FinTech, SME Banks or Building Societies. This role will be hybrid, with around 40% of travel expected in a month to the office - you must be able to commute to Wales.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the Technology department, contributing to the success of the department and wider team through enhancement and strategy
Driving innovation and advancement, that can contribute to the improvement and development of current and new products
Working with executive teams
Supporting and managing internal budgets
