What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor the Application Support team across multiple locations, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strategic direction.

Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, chair major incident calls, and provide postmortem analysis.

Train and mentor team members, setting clear career progression paths.
Collaborate on release management, incident fixes, and change implementation.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

ITIL Foundation 3/4 certification or higher.
AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals.
A degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
Strong experience leading global cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and PowerShell.
