Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Process Documentation & Expertise:
Act as a process expert stakeholder in workshops organized by the Security team to integrate risky activities into processes.
Collaborate with business experts to document current business processes (AS IS) and target processes (TO BE).
Deliver structured documentation that provides a global vision, while detailing specific activities at a granular level.
Workshops & Business Needs:
Organize and facilitate workshops to:
Identify business needs.
Clarify objectives.
Address and solve organizational challenges.
Enterprise Mapping:
Ensure the integration of documented processes into Client’s enterprise mapping and assess their level of criticality.
Project Assignments:
Adapt to the requirements of various projects as assigned, providing tailored support based on project needs.

Context:
NIS2 Directive Compliance: Support compliance with cybersecurity requirements outlined in the NIS2 Directive.
Business Continuity Plan (BCP): Contribute to the resilience of information systems and ensure business continuity under the BCP project.
Strategic Role: RESA, designated as a critical entity by the Ministry of the Economy, relies on the Business Process Analyst to ensure successful documentation, risk identification, and implementation of solutions.

Specific Skills:
Experience as a Process Analyst
Experience as a Business Analyst (Information Security Projects)
Facilitation of Workshops with Business Experts
Experience in a DSO (Distribution System Operator)
Mastery of Process Modeling Tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
BPMN Documentation
Experience in NIS Act and/or Business Continuity Plan Projects
