About The Company
RP International is a leading global recruitment consultancy specializing in placing top-tier technology professionals across both public and private sectors. They are currently working with a public sector client to deliver digital transformation projects requiring highly skilled and security-cleared consultants.
About The Role
We are seeking Senior React Developer with strong communication and consulting skills to work on a public sector project. This is a fully remote, 3-month rolling contract (Inside IR35) with monthly on-site visits to Glasgow. Candidates must hold valid BPSS clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
Responsibilities
Operate as a technical consultant on frontend and backend development
Design and implement user interfaces using React, Angular, Node.js
Develop APIs and contribute to backend development
Ensure front-end security practices including CORS and Content Security Policy headers
Use Nginx for network routing and web server configuration
Participate in continuous integration and delivery pipelines
Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
Skills
Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and webpack
Proficient in React, Angular, and Node.js
Experience in API design and backend development
Familiarity with web server technologies, especially Nginx
Knowledge of front-end security standards and browser security features
Exposure to continuous delivery/integration environments
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Salary: £400–£450 per day (Inside IR35)
