The MSCI Real Assets Client coverage team promotes the growth and engagement of our Real Assets data and analytics products among investors, institutions, banks, insurance companies, listed companies and other investors in real estate. This includes the management of existing client relationships as well as the expansion into new accounts.

We adopt a consultative selling approach to thoroughly understand our clients' needs and add value through our data and tools. As an intern, you will help the team guide clients through our solutions, support results presentations, present market outcomes, demonstrate products, and provide sales support. Moreover, you will benefit from close interaction and a management style that fosters active participation in discussions about the real asset market, product, and service development.

As an intern you will work on a specific, meaningful project, supporting our Sales or Consultants teams. The experience could involve helping with pre-sales and sales tasks, conducting market research, supporting the pro-active management of client relationships, supporting portfolio analysis and market updates, all to ensure the best us of our products in the context of the clients’ investment goals, with a high level of client satisfaction.

The internship would ideally start in May for 4 to 6 months.

Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in IT, including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated interest in Real Estate investment and Finance markets. Understanding of performance analytics or risk management, ideally within Real Estate, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and French.
Interest in gaining sales experience, preferably within the Real Estate market.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Experience with an Asset Owner, Asset Manager, Listed Real Estate company, or real estate consultant in roles such as research/strategy, portfolio management, acquisitions, asset management, or investor relations.
Currently in the final year of a recognized business school or university (Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s, or CFA would be an advantage)
