The Role
As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing an AI-powered solution that leverages Azure OpenAI for data capture, analysis, and reporting. This solution will integrate multiple data sources, automate workflows, and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making and stakeholder engagement strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and creating scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
Design a comprehensive AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse stakeholder sentiment and feedback from multiple data sources, including emails, meeting recordings, consultation responses, and survey feedback.
Develop a scalable architecture that supports the integration of various data sources such as Salesforce, BI scores, CSAT scores, media coverage, and meeting notes.
Data Capture and Storage:
Implement automatic and manual data capture mechanisms to store data centrally.
Ensure data storage solutions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and enable traceability for auditing purposes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize AI tools to analyse themes and sentiments from the captured data.
Develop user-triggered synthesis reports and dashboards that provide insights into stakeholder sentiment and health indicators.
Implement search and filtering capabilities for data synthesis and reporting.
Develop dashboards and visualisation tools to display data and insights for stakeholder groups and use cases.

Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
Media monitoring and sentiment analysis tools.
Knowledge of creating and managing dashboards for data visualisation

Work closely with the stakeholder team to identify requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs.
Provide training and support to users to ensure effective adoption of the solution.
