Descriptif de l'équipe et du poste
Notre équipe Tech conçoit et améliore en continu notre plateforme d’apprentissage, nos outils de production, et nos outils métiers internes. Nous recherchons aujourd’hui une Développeurse Fullstack expérimentée, capable d’allier expertise technique, compréhension fine des besoins métiers et maîtrise des outils d’IA générative pour accélérer et fiabiliser le développement logiciel.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe orientée business, sous la responsabilité directe du CTO, dans une organisation à taille humaine où l’impact de chaque développeurse est visible et valorisé.
Missions Principales
Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications robustes, scalables et sécurisées (frontend
Produire du code bien conçu, testable et efficace en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de développement web;
Être garante de la qualité du code (tests, relecture, bonnes pratiques, documentation), que ce soit produit manuellement ou via IA;
Participer au recueil des besoins métiers, à la définition des solutions techniques et à la priorisation des tâches;
Créer la mise en page du site Web / l'interface utilisateur en utilisant les pratiques HTML / CSS standard ainsi que les frameworks frontend connus
Intégrer les données de divers services back-end et bases de données;
Recueillir et affiner les spécifications et les exigences en fonction des besoins métiers et contraintes techniques;
Créer et maintenir la documentation des projets;
Réaliser la maintenance des projets et prévoir leur mise à l'échelle;
Assister le support client sur toutes les questions relatives aux projets portés par le département technique, notamment la plateforme d’apprentissage;
Assurer une veille technologique et IA pour proposer des améliorations pertinentes;
Coopérer avec l’équipe Design pour correspondre à l'intention de conception visuelle;
Coopérer avec les équipes SEO et SEA.
Le poste est à pourvoir à Marseille (13008) et en présentiel.
Profil recherché
Vous justifiez de 4 ans d'expérience ou plus en développement web, avec un focus sur des architectures modernes et scalables.
Vous comprenez les enjeux métiers et savez dialoguer avec les équipes Produit et Opérations.
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils d’IA générative pour assister le développement, tout en assurant un contrôle rigoureux de la qualité, de la performance et de la sécurité du code produit.
Vous êtes autonome, rigoureuxse, proactifve, et à l’écoute, capable de faire monter l’équipe en compétences.

These data are aggregated and analyzed to provide detailed insights into visitor behaviors and foot traffic trends. MyTraffic is a rapidly growing scale-up, supported by a €30 million Series B round in November 2022 from Axa Venture Partners, ALVEN, and KERNEL Investments to further develop their platform and fund their international expansion. Our ambition is to quickly become the European leader in data solutions for commercial real estate. We are already present in 10 countries and continue to enter new markets. In January 2024, Mytraffic announced the strategic acquisition of the Spanish startup Geoblink, becoming the first European geolocation analytics platform thanks to this union. As a Data Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring and maintaining some of the most complex data systems we use, including relational, non-relational, in-memory, persisting and distributed databases and parallel processing systems.
