Job Specifications

Contract opportunity - up to 18 months outside of IR35, estimated start June 25.

My client is hiring a Programme Lead to oversee the successful delivery of an Offshoring Programme. Candidates with the following experience will be of interest;
10 + years of experience leading complex transformation/offshoring programmes
Working experience in US and India
Demonstrable exec/c-level stakeholder management and support of the programme team

Key Deliverables:
Programme plan, reporting packs and exec dashboards
RAID, programme risk assessments and governance structure
Delivery assurance

This position will require occasional travel to US and India, and flexibility to engage with stakeholders in key timezones.

Day rate c.£900-£1,000 per day

UK based candidates only, occasional travel to London required
