Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, cloud modernization, and JAVA application development. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of software engineers and technical professionals in the development and modernization of banking applications.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of JAVA-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Drive cloud modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud platforms and the implementation of cloud-native solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Manager in the banking industry.
Strong expertise in JAVA application development and cloud modernization.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
