Job Description
About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager you will be responsible for providing the highest level of account management to our brand partners signed to the ASOS Partner Fulfilment programme. Reporting into the Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the account, ensuring processes on the department are managed and achieved, proactively trading accounts, maximising revenue for ASOS and partners via this channel. You will oversee an account administrator facilitating speed to market for product onboarding and error resolution on our key accounts.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively across business functions, including Product Teams, Studios, Tech & Customer Care and with our external brand partners to deliver ambitious growth and best in class service.
You will be doing:
Account Management
Manage day-to-day account communication and on-going relationships with brand partners, ensuring key milestones are met.
Support Senior Key Account Manager to trade into opportunities to maximise account potential, including highlighting seasonal trading moments and marketing opportunities with partner.
Be able to interpret and use data to review range relevance and performance and offboard underperforming product to ensure the integrity of overall ASOS edit remains.
Focus on onboarding status and error resolution to maximise product visibility on site.
Be the point of contact for ASOS Product teams for hybrid brands (Operate wholesale + Partner Programme) to discuss brand status and trade; align on seasonal buys and assist in determining topics for discussion in regular trade meetings and end of season account reviews.
Collaborate with Studios to ensure smooth onboarding of product.
Onboarding
Work with middleware, tech and Partners onboarding teams to accelerate onboarding. Reviewing status and error resolution to maximise product visibility on site.
Team Development
Grow and develop a team of Account Administrators, who deliver against key KPI’s; encourage them to build a network with relevant cross functional stakeholders.
Develop strong working relationships with peers within Partnerships team.
Build open and transparent relationships with key cross functional stakeholders that enable trust and engagement with the Partner Fulfils programme teams.
Strategic Thinking
Entrepreneurial spirit driving expansion and evolution of Partner Fulfils, aligned with wider ASOS strategy.
Use commercial awareness of marketplaces and how they operate to fuel continual improvement.
Conduct and share performance insights to refine future strategy.
Open minded and adaptable to change.
Qualifications
Who We’d Like to Meet
Experience trading own category/brand in a Fashion Retail business and the confidence to lead trade meetings with external partners.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships internally and externally at all levels
Experience at managing others, with the ability to support and train.
Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results
Strong organisational skills, able to use initiative to manage own workload against business priorities and troubleshoot challenges independently.
Able to use Excel to an intermediate level
