The team
We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Payments & Blockchain team to be focused on our payments & fiat rail systems. The Payments & Blockchain team is responsible for the first and last mile of every dollar (digital or fiat) that goes in or out of Kraken.
Join our Payments team to help integrate Kraken’s systems with an ever-expanding universe of payment providers, partners, funding flows & more.
As a member of this team, your focus is on protecting client funds. You will be responsible for owning the front-end experience of Kraken’s funding flows across fiat and crypto, on web and mobile for all Kraken applications. Further - driving UX improvements, shaping the full customer journey for deposits and withdrawals while, ensuring the experience is consistent and compliant, with high success rates.
The opportunity
Own and evolve the transfer experience across all Kraken apps—web and mobile, Consumer and Pro
Build and maintain a scalable front-end platform for deposits and withdrawals
Drive experimentation to improve first-time funding rates and overall conversion
Coordinate UX enhancements across all supported fiat and crypto rails
Lead product efforts around fraud-related UX, funding limits, and compliance requirements
Own user experience for crypto transfers, including regulatory-driven initiatives like Travel Rule
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, compliance, and operations teams
Make informed product decisions that balance UX, regulatory needs, technical scope, and business impact
Skills You Should HODL
3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or payments
Deep understanding of fiat and/or crypto payment flows
Strong product sense with a focus on UX and customer journeys
Experience shipping user-facing features across mobile and web platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally in highly collaborative environments
Comfortable operating in technically complex, regulated domain
Analytical and data-informed mindset, with a bias toward action
