Missions
Responsabilités clés
Point de contact principal pour toutes les activités de planification du projet / appel d'offres.
Développement d'un planning de référence robuste, outils de reporting, S-curves, tableaux de marges.
Anticipation des problèmes et identification précoce des impacts potentiels.
Analyse des besoins projets / appels d'offre, création de solutions adaptées.
Mise en place et suivi des plans conformément aux procédures de Subsea7, GPC-EAST et SIA.
Participation aux appels d'offres : lecture du cahier des charges, propositions de scénarios/plannings.
Élaboration de la documentation de base des plannings (hypothèses, chemins critiques, risques).
Développement des WBS et méthodes de mesure d'avancement.
Organisation du flux d'informations planning avec toutes les parties concernées, y compris les sous-traitants.
Suivi et mise à jour des plannings, analyse des dérives, identification des actions correctives.
Simulation de scénarios, préparation de présentations pour validation des hypothèses.
Archivage des plannings, gestion des documents as-built et des retours d'expérience.
Contribution à la qualité des livrables et au développement de la discipline Planning.
Profil
Formation & Expérience
Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent en gestion / discipline technique.
Maîtrise de Primavera P6 et MS Project.
Expérience en environnement offshore / subsea appréciée.
Expérience confirmée en gestion de planning.
Anglais courant obligatoire, français souhaité.
Solide maîtrise des techniques de planification.
Bonne compréhension des processus d'Ingénierie, Achats, Fabrication, Installation offshore.
Proactivité, communication efficace, autonomie, esprit d'équipe.
Capacité à organiser et prioriser son travail et celui des autres.
Bonne connaissance du secteur Offshore Oil & Gas.

- Critical Infrastructure Project Manager - Data Center Retrofit Project - France - Freelance We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead a critical infrastructure retrofit project within a live data center environment in France. This is a challenging and detail-oriented role involving the replacement and renewal of essential infrastructure, including BMS elements, electrical infrastructure, and switchboard replacements, across the entire facility. This project demands meticulous planning, strong technical understanding, and the ability to manage commissioning and testing in a live setting with minimal disruption. Contract: 4 month initial contract with option to extend to 6 months and potentially further thereafter. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the critical infrastructure retrofit project within a live data center. Oversee the replacement and renewal of BMS elements, electrical infrastructure, switchboards, and other critical systems. Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Oversee commissioning and testing procedures to ensure successful implementation. Track project finances and negotiate effectively. Apply a structured and patient approach to planning and execution, with a strong focus on detail. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in critical infrastructure projects, ideally within data centers. Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering (advantageous). Experience managing projects in live, operational environments. Proven ability in project management and finance tracking/negotiation. Understanding of turnkey projects and managing within grey space. Fluent in French (native or near-native). Strong command of English Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Skills: PMP certification (highly regarded).
