Location – London Bridge (3 days Hybrid)
Salary - £35,000 + £4k bonus,

Role Overview:
A growing technology consultancy is looking for a Graduate Business Application Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic consulting environment. You will work closely with clients to implement and optimise Oracle-based solutions, ensuring they get the most value from their technology investments.

A deep knowledge of IT isn’t necessary. What’s more important to us is your aptitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and social environment.

What you’ll do:
Consulting & Implementation: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle applications to meet client needs.
Client collaboration: Work with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into solutions.
Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot challenges, ensuring smooth performance and integration.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, optimise application performance, and ensure seamless integration.
Project Collaboration: Work alongside experienced consultants to support project delivery, documentation, and user training.
Continuous Learning: Develop expertise, staying updated on industry best practices and emerging cloud technologies.

What we’re looking for:
A minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 university, ideally within a relevant field (i.e Computer science, Mathematics)
Strength in a software programming language
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a desire to contribute to client success.
Ability to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced consulting environment.
A keen interest in building a career in digital consulting
