Description Du Département

L’équipe « Derivatives Management » fait partie du département « AXA-Derivatives & Financing/MLS ». Le poste à pouvoir se trouve au sein de cette équipe dont la principale mission est de structurer, exécuter et gérer des stratégies de dérivés OTC et des solutions de liquidity management pour le compte des compagnies d’assurance du Groupe AXA et pour des clients Tiers. A cela s’ajoute, une activité de conseil sur l’état du marché, des différentes stratégies auprès des compagnies clientes. Cette équipe, actuellement composée de 9 traders basés à Paris, Tokyo et Londres, gère un encours de plus de 160Mds€ de notionnels de dérivés sur l’ensemble des classes d’actifs (Taux, Crédit, Change, Equity, Repo).

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Maintenir, améliorer et développer divers outils d’analyse de l’activité de trading au travers de SQL, Python & Tableau
Industrialiser des outils d’aide à la décision pour le trading
Assister les traders dans les tâches quotidiennes autour du pré et post trade
Être moteur dans les divers comités, forums d’échange interne sur la data au sein du département
Être force de propositions sur les possibles améliorations des outils de trading afin de maximiser la récolte de données et faciliter leur utilisation

Ecole d’ingénieurs, Universités, Ecoles de commerce, avec une formation en Data Science et Finance de marché

Compétences techniques :

Maitrise avancée de Python & SQL
Maitrise des Outils de Datavisualisation
Intérêt sur l’actualité économique et politique (Banques Centrales, Economie internationale.)
Intérêt marqué pour la gestion de projet data
Connaissance et curiosité marquées pour les produits dérivés, notamment OTC
Intérêt pour les différentes classes d’actifs : Dérivés sur Taux, Indices/Actions, FX, Crédit, Repo
Anglais courant
Très à l’aise avec Excel (VBA serait un plus) et l’ensemble des outils Office
Compétences analytiques et quantitatives
A l’aise avec Git est un plus
