Main responsibilities :
Lead all business operations at the headquarters and across the company’s European scope
Ensure effective management of teams, processes, and performance KPIs ;
Oversee commercial strategy execution and client relationship management ;
Drive operational improvements and reinforce service excellence across business units ;
Manage P&L responsibility and ensure delivery of financial targets ;

Profile
Senior executive with minimum 15 years of experience in B2B services.
Proven track record as General Manager, Managing Director, or Business Unit Director.
Background in managing international teams and complex organizations.
Experience in transformation, scaling operations, and customer-oriented strategies.
Key skills
Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Pragmatic, adaptable, and results-driven.
