About The Role
You'll collaborate with our sales teams to help healthcare customers achieve twice the impact in half the time through AI implementation. With your technical expertise and customer-facing skills, you'll solve complex healthcare data challenges that clients don't always see themselves.
What You'll Do
Healthcare AI Solutions Development: Create and present workflow implementations combining prompt engineering, data ingestion pipelines, and format conversions for healthcare-specific challenges including medical imaging recognition, healthcare document processing, and clinical product development
Technical Integrations: Work with our product team to integrate new healthcare-compatible models and ML-Ops tools
Marketplace Deployment: Develop and maintain integrations with major cloud marketplaces, ensuring healthcare customers can securely deploy on their preferred cloud platforms
Multi-Project Management: Skillfully balance up to 5 simultaneous healthcare projects with tight deadlines
Who You Are
Experience delivering Large Language Model projects in healthcare settings, including LLM API integration, up-to-date knowledge of foundation models, SFT, prompt engineering, RAG, and measuring AI accuracy in clinical environments
2+ years in solutions architecture or integrating multiple applications/data streams in healthcare, or ML development in customer-facing healthcare roles
Intermediate Python skills with exposure to healthcare data processing
Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields
Strong ability to develop and communicate AI solution visions to both technical and business stakeholders in healthcare organizations
Experience in fast-paced healthcare SaaS environments during high-growth phases
Preferred: Expertise with langchain and similar tools for multimodal healthcare AI projects

Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with API-based data integration Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to balance strategic objectives with technical execution. Demonstrated ability to self-direct, take full ownership of complex tasks, and drive them to completion. Desirable Deep understanding of infrastructure finance, cost of capital modeling, or regulatory economics is desirable but not essential. Experience in advisory, consultancy, or early-stage product environments.
